We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We mainly ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Australia, covering a total of 168 destinations worldwide.

If you enter a delivery address outside these countries, an error will occur during the checkout process, and you’ll be asked to update your shipping address.

Delivery times vary by destination:

• United States, United Kingdom, and European Union: 3–5 business days
• Australia: 7–10 business days
• Other countries: 7–15 business days
  

For shipments under 300 grams (≈0.66 lbs), we ship via DHL or USPS.

Orders over 300 grams (≈0.66 lbs) are delivered through FedEx Express.

For orders shipped to the United States, duties and taxes are included in the price for orders under 500 USD — no additional charges will apply.

For the United Kingdom and European Union, duties and taxes are included for orders under 150 EUR, and there will be no extra fees at delivery.

For orders above these limits and all other countries, duties and taxes will be applied according to each country’s import regulations and collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
